About the game

A little doctor’s first hospital.

A doctor role-play game for ages 3–10, built so that a child who cannot read yet can play it from start to finish on their own.

The child chooses their own doctor, gets ready in the morning, crosses the Bosphorus from their house in Kuzguncuk to the children’s hospital in Sultanahmet, and examines the patients waiting for them.

The operating room

Some patients need surgery. The lift takes you up to the third floor.

  • A team of three

Your doctor, Doctor Deniz the assistant in the green coat, and Nurse Aslı. All three introduce themselves before the operation starts.

  • Every operation has its own story

The team talks you through each step: passing instruments, calling out that the pulse is good, telling you you are doing great.

  • Four steps

Scrub in, glove and mask up; the patient falls asleep counting to five; mend the break or lift out the swallowed toy; then wake them.

  • No cutting, no stitches, no blood

Here surgery means mending. The patient falls asleep smiling and wakes up smiling.

The game is set in İstanbul

The map has both sides of the Bosphorus, the bridge, Hagia Sophia, Galata and the Maiden’s Tower.

  • The Kuzguncuk House

    Where the day begins.

  • Sultanahmet Children’s Hospital

    Your hospital.

  • Gülhane Waiting Room

    The next patient waits here.

  • Haydarpaşa Examination Room

    Where the examination happens.

  • Çamlıca Café

    The end-of-day chat.

For children who cannot read yet

The entire game can be played without reading a single word.

  • Every line is voiced

All dialogue and instructions were recorded separately in seven languages — menus included.

  • Instructions in icons

What to do is shown with pictures and markers pointing where the hand should go, not with text.

  • No letters in the eye test

Shapes are used instead of a letter chart, so a child who does not know the alphabet can pass it.

  • Age-appropriate voices

Girls, boys and elderly patients each speak with their own distinct voice.

For parents

The game was designed on the assumption that the child plays alone.

  • No personal data is collected

No account, no sign-in, no registration. Progress stays on the device; no analytics or tracking tools are used.

  • Parental gate

Purchases and settings sit behind a multiplication question a child cannot pass.

  • Daily time limit and bedtime

Both adjustable; when the time is up the game stops gently.

  • Nothing frightening

No needle imagery in vaccinations, no blood, no expressions of pain.

  • No punishment for mistakes

The game never scolds the child; it invites them to try again.

  • Child-directed ad mode

Ads are non-personalised and rated G (everyone); they can be removed entirely with a one-time purchase.

In-app purchases

Six products, all behind the parental gate. No subscriptions.

  • Remove Ads

Permanently removes the interstitial adverts. One-off.

  • Premium Pack

Unlocks the operating room chapter and every outfit, instrument and decoration, and removes the adverts too. One-off.

  • 500 Coins

A pack of shop coins. Coins are also earned by playing; the pack only speeds that up.

  • 1500 Coins

A larger coin pack. Consumable: once spent, it can be bought again.

  • Pro X-Ray

A special look for the X-ray machine. Cosmetic only; it does not make the game easier.

  • Deluxe Doctor Kit

A deluxe colour theme for every instrument. Cosmetic only.

How an examination goes

Every patient goes through the same five steps; the child learns the order on their own.

  • 01

    Listen

The patient explains the problem in their own voice: what is wrong, where does it hurt?

  • 02

    Examine

Listen to the heart with a stethoscope, take a temperature, check blood pressure, take an X-ray, test the eyes.

  • 03

    Diagnose

Put the findings together and pick the right card. A wrong choice carries no penalty — just try again.

  • 04

    Write the prescription

Gather the right medicine and supplies before moving on to treatment.

  • 05

    Heal

Dress the wound, give the medicine, do the vaccination. In the end the patient leaves smiling.
