These terms are the general framework for the oyist.com website and your relationship with Abdulkerim Atik (OYIST). Downloading an app also brings the End User Licence Agreement into play, and making a purchase brings the Purchase and Refund Terms.
1. Who these terms are between
“We” means Abdulkerim Atik (OYIST) (Türkiye); “you” means the person visiting this site or using our products. Contact: info@oyist.com.
2. Using the site
The site exists to present the studio and its games. You agree to use it lawfully and without infringing anyone's rights. Overloading it with automated tools, attempting to defeat its security, or copying and republishing its content without permission breaches these terms.
There is no sign-up, no login and no contact form; you reach us by email. What happens during your visit is described in the Privacy Notice.
3. Intellectual property
The code, design, characters, audio, text and artwork of the site and the games are ours and protected by copyright. Some third-party assets used in the games come under their own open licences (e.g. CC0) and are credited inside the relevant product. The OYIST name and emblem are the studio's marks.
Real places, institutions and buildings that appear in our products are depicted in a stylised form for cultural and educational purposes only. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by those institutions.
4. Videos and coverage
You may record, stream and review our games, including on monetised channels, without asking us first. For a press kit or artwork, write to info@oyist.com.
5. Accuracy and availability
Information here is prepared to be accurate when published; versions, prices, features and store availability change over time. We do not promise the site will stay online without interruption or error. The site and its content are provided “as is”.
6. Third-party links
The site links to app stores and other third-party services. What happens on those pages is the responsibility of the provider concerned, under their own terms and privacy policies.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from your use of the site or its content. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract.
8. Changes
These terms may be updated; the version in force is always the one published here, and the date at the top of the page is renewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may bring disputes before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence; that right is unaffected.
