End User Licence Agreement

The licence you enter into when you download our apps, including the terms required for the App Store and Google Play.

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This agreement applies to every mobile app published by Abdulkerim Atik (OYIST). Each app handles data differently and is covered on its own page: Aselya, Wordistan.

1. Who this agreement is between

This End User Licence Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Abdulkerim Atik (OYIST) (“Developer”, “we”) and the person who downloads the app (“you”). By downloading, installing or using the app you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not use the app and delete it from your device.

Some of our apps are directed to children. For such an app the decision to use it is made on the child's behalf by a parent or legal guardian, who is taken to have accepted this Agreement.

2. Scope of the licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices that you own or control. The licence is subject to the usage rules of the store you downloaded it from.

The app is licensed, not sold, to you. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved.

3. What you may not do

  • Copy, reproduce or distribute the app;
  • Rent, lend, sell, sublicense or transfer it;
  • Decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble it (except to the extent applicable law does not allow this restriction);
  • Modify it, create derivative works, or remove copyright and trade mark notices;
  • Use cheat tools, modified builds or unauthorised third-party software to unlock paid content or alter game progress.

4. Intellectual property

The code, design, characters, voice-over, music, text and educational content of the app are ours and protected by copyright. Some third-party assets come under their own open licences (e.g. CC0) and are credited inside the relevant product.

5. Fees and in-app purchases

The apps are free to download. Some offer optional in-app purchases. Payment, refunds, the parental gate and restoring purchases are set out in the Purchase and Refund Terms.

6. Advertising

Some of our apps show advertising. In apps directed to children, ads are not personalised, there is no behavioural profiling, and where the ads appear is stated plainly on that app's privacy page.

7. Updates

We may publish updates and add or remove features. Updates are covered by this Agreement. Older versions may stop working when your operating system or store support for them ends.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no express or implied warranty is given that it will run uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any particular outcome (such as a specific learning result). Consumer rights that cannot be limited by contract are unaffected.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the app. In any event our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid us for that app in the preceding twelve months. This does not affect consumer rights.

10. Termination

This Agreement ends when you delete the app from your device. If you materially breach it, the licence terminates automatically and you must stop using the app.

11. Apple App Store specific terms

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, the following also applies and prevails in the event of conflict.

  1. Acknowledgement. This Agreement is concluded between you and the Developer only, and not with Apple. The Developer alone is responsible for the app and its content.
  2. Scope of licence. The app is licensed for use on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service.
  3. Maintenance and support. The Developer is solely responsible for any maintenance and support services; Apple has no obligation whatsoever to furnish them.
  4. Warranty. The Developer is solely responsible for any warranties. In the event of any failure of the app to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) of the app. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the app.
  5. Product claims. The Developer, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app, including product liability claims, any claim that the app fails to conform to a legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection law.
  6. Intellectual property claims. The Developer is solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of any claim that the app infringes a third party's intellectual property rights.
  7. Legal compliance. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
  8. Third-party terms. You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the app (for example, the terms of your mobile data plan).
  9. Third-party beneficiary. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement, and upon your acceptance Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.
  10. Contact. For questions, complaints or claims about the app: Abdulkerim Atik (OYIST) — Türkiye, info@oyist.com.

12. Google Play specific terms

If you downloaded the app from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply. Google is not a party to this Agreement; the Developer is responsible for the app.

13. Changes

This Agreement may be updated; the version in force is always the one published here, and the date at the top of the page is renewed. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current version.

14. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers may bring disputes before the consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts of their own place of residence.
