In short: the purchase is handled by the app store, not by us. Your payment details are never entered into the app and never reach us. Everything we sell We sell no subscriptions — our products are either bought once and kept for good, or coin packs that can be bought again. Refund requests go to the store.
1. What is sold
Aselya
- Remove Ads — a one-off purchase that permanently removes the interstitial adverts. Not a subscription.
- Premium Pack — unlocks the operating room chapter and every outfit, instrument and decoration, and removes the adverts too. One-off.
- 500 Coins — a pack of shop coins. Coins are also earned by playing; the pack only speeds that up.
- 1500 Coins — a larger coin pack. Can be bought more than once.
- Pro X-Ray — a special look for the X-ray machine. Cosmetic only; it does not make the game easier.
- Deluxe Doctor Kit — a deluxe colour theme for every instrument. Cosmetic only.
Wordistan
- The “Premium Adventure” pack — a one-off purchase unlocking the chapters after Hagia Sophia. Not a subscription.
- “Remove Ads” — a one-off purchase that permanently turns off the pre-exam advert. Not a subscription.
Most of these are defined in the stores as non-consumable products: bought once, they do not expire, do not renew and are never charged again. Coin packs are consumable: the coins are spent inside the game and the pack can be bought again if you want to.
Coins are an in-game score that never leaves the game: they are spent only in that game's shop, cannot be converted back into real money, cannot be moved between games or devices, and never have to be bought — coins are also earned by playing. Our apps contain no subscriptions, no loot boxes and no randomised-reward purchases.
2. Price and payment
The current price is shown before purchase on the store's confirmation screen, in your country's currency and inclusive of tax. Payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play using the payment method on your store account. Payment details are never entered into the app and are never seen, stored or processed by us. Only a “purchased” flag is kept on the device.
Prices may change over time. A change applies only to purchases made after it; a non-consumable product you already own is unaffected.
3. Parental gate
In our apps directed to children, a parental gate is shown before any screen that can spend money: the purchase screen cannot be reached without solving a task aimed at adults. The point is to stop a child buying on their own.
A parental gate is an extra safeguard, not a complete one. We recommend a device-level control as well: on iOS Settings → Screen Time → Content & Privacy Restrictions → iTunes & App Store Purchases; on Android Google Play → Settings → Authentication → Require authentication for purchases.
4. Restoring purchases
Non-consumable products are tied to your store account, not to a device. After reinstalling the app, or on a new device signed in to the same store account, the “Restore Purchases” button in the main menu brings back what you bought, at no further cost.
Restoring does not move a purchase to a different store account; it stays with the account that made it. If you use Family Sharing, sharing is governed by the store's own policy.
5. Withdrawal and refunds
Because the purchase contract is between you and the store, refund requests must go to the store directly, and the decision is made under the store's policy:
- App Store: at reportaproblem.apple.com, signed in with your Apple Account;
- Google Play: at play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory, or from your order history in the Play app.
For consumers resident in Türkiye: under Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for intangible goods supplied instantly in electronic form, which covers in-app purchases. Even so, the stores' own refund policies are in most cases more generous, so we suggest applying through the channels above first. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of a defective product.
If something you bought did not unlock, or does not work as expected, write to info@oyist.com first: if the fault is ours we will try to fix it, and we will help you with the store if a refund is the right answer.
6. Unauthorised purchases
If a child made a purchase without your permission, the store is again the place to apply; both stores run a dedicated refund process for this case.
7. If a product is discontinued
If we remove an app from a store, non-consumable products you already bought keep working in your existing installation, and whether it can be downloaded again from your store account is governed by the store's policy.
