This notice covers the oyist.com website only. Our games create no accounts and each behaves differently, so every game has its own policy: Aselya, Wordistan.
1. No accounts, no forms
This site has no sign-up, no login and no contact form. You reach us by email; that correspondence contains only what you chose to send, and is used to reply to you.
2. Cookies
The site uses two cookies, both of which stay on your device:
- oyist_cookie_consent — remembers your cookie choice. Without it you would be asked again on every page, which is why it is strictly necessary.
- oyist_locale — remembers the language you are reading in.
3. Visit statistics
We use Google Firebase Analytics to see which pages are read. It loads only if you choose “Accept all” in the cookie notice. If you choose “Strictly necessary only”, the analytics code is never downloaded to your browser — not disabled, not downloaded. You can change your mind at any time.
Fonts are served from our own server rather than Google’s, so opening the site does not hand your IP address to a third party.
4. Transfers
If you allowed analytics, visit data is processed on Google’s servers, which may be outside Türkiye. Beyond that we share nothing with anyone, sell nothing, and use nothing for advertising.
5. Your rights
To refuse analytics, choose “Strictly necessary only” in the cookie notice; you can also clear cookies from your browser settings. If you live in Türkiye, the KVKK notice sets out your rights in detail. You can write to us about anything at info@oyist.com.
6. Changes
If this notice changes, the date on this page is updated. As long as what the site does stays the same, the text stays the same.
