About the game
Your child learns English while exploring İstanbul.
Not studying. Playing.
In Wordistan words are not lined up in a list. They stand inside the game, glowing on the objects whose names they carry. The child walks, comes closer, discovers — and does not forget, because they found it themselves. There is no penalty for a wrong answer; every piece of feedback encourages.
The route
Fourteen stops, real İstanbul.

Balat — My Home
The adventure begins among the colourful bay-windowed houses. The child meets mother, father and teacher, and discovers the objects at home by their English names.

Gülhane Park — The Zoo
From lion to penguin, giraffe to tortoise. Feeding the animals while helping the keeper.

Büyükada — Summer Holiday
Sea, sand, ice cream. Getting ready for summer with the lifeguard.

Spice Bazaar — The Market
Stalls, baskets, a till. Completing the shopping list and paying at the checkout.

Grand Bazaar — The Clothes Shop
A boutique on an arched street: rails, a mannequin, a fitting room. Choosing an outfit for the party.

Hagia Sophia — The Museum
Marble columns, golden mosaics, an enormous dome. A guided tour of the museum.

Sultanahmet — The Mosque
Six minarets, a tiled courtyard, a fountain, pigeons. Walking the courtyard with the gardener.

Teaching method
A loop that makes what they learn stick

Twenty words per chapter, each with a picture, voice-over and an example sentence.

Speak
In the dialogues the child chooses the answer — their first speaking practice.

Four mini games: word matching, listen-and-choose, letter ordering, memory cards.

Words they find difficult come back more often, automatically.

Test
A ten-question quiz at the end of each chapter; pass mark 80%.

All 280 words wait in the word book, ready to be listened to again at any time.
